Granulation
R&D Multi-Mill
It operates on the principle of variable force swing beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the required size reduction.

Roll Compactor
It is used to force fine powders between two counter rotating rolls and presses the raw materials into a solid compact (flakes, sheets, strips). Roll Compactors are also called Dry Granulators.
Colloid Mill
It is a machine that is used to reduce the particle size of a solid in suspension in a liquid, or to reduce the droplet size in emulsions. Colloid mills work on the Rotor-Stator Principle: a rotor turns at high speeds.
Oscillating Granulator
It is mechanically pass compacted material through a wire mesh screen or plate using an oscillating rotor. The rotor speed and rotation time are variable in the clockwise or counter clockwise directions.
Tablet Press
R&D Tablet Press Machine
This small and sturdy Single Sided Rotary Tablet Press is designed with GMP considerations. This machine runs at low noise level. The speed is controlled by ACVFD and is easy to operate, maintain and clean. Machine has center driven slotted turret fitted with thrust bearing and has Safety features like MCB for overload protection and limit switch at lower guard.
Pilot & Production Tablet Press Machine
The Single Rotary Tablet Press is a GMP model press and is ideally suited for small and medium batch production. Single rotary press has a totally paint free production zone. Production zone is constructed completely of stainless steel or plated. This avoids any corrosion due to oxidation and ensure easy clean ability. The electric control panel is provided with “ON”, “OFF” push buttons, Emergency “OFF” button and Miniature circuit breaker as a safety feature.
Tablet Inspection
Manual Hardness Tester
Hold the Tablet between the jaw and nozzle in edgewise position. Adjust the Scale (by sliding), so that the zero on the Scale coincides with the pointer. Turn the screw knob slowly till the tablet breaks. The pressure indicated on the dial is in Kilogram per sq. cm.
Tablet Inspection Machine
This inspection machine provides high performance and high volume inspection with good tableting and coated or non-coated all around the machine. Our inspection machine provides fast and accurate checking and sorting operations for visual defects on all different size tablets. An AC motor controlled via AC Variable Frequency Drive controls the belt and paddle operate. The machine is fully under cGMP compliance.
Capsule Filling & Sealing
Manual Capsule Filling 100/300
It is simple & sturdy machine made from high grade of Stainless Steel having 300 holes with 25 x 12 combinations made in SS 304/316 constructions meeting GMP requirements. The Machine can fill size of #00 to #5 capsules with help of different interchangeable parts. The assembly of the machine has been done in such a way that it can be easily dismantle for cleaning operations. Though all the operations are manual, the machine calls for precision machined components and assembled with highly skilled personnel. Machine having wide usage in R&D laboratories, Research Institutions, Herbal & Nutraceutical preparations, Unani & Ayurvedic medicines, Pilot batch productions etc.
Capsule Polishing Machine
It consisting of a SS chamber installed with filter cloth, a revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush stainless steel dust collector. Applicable to almost all sized capsules including 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Band Sealer Machine
Continuous Pouch Sealing Machine are suitable for sealing individual pouches/bags automatically. The machine has a variable temperature controller and speed control , to suit different grades of plastic materials Three types of models are available Horizontal type, Vertical type with foot stand type. Other special models include Nitrogen filling attachment, vacuum option, Printing attachment, and for heavy bags sealing.
Powder Filling Machine
Semi-automatic auger filler machine ensure highly accurate fills of products such dry milk, sugar, spices, ground coffee, detergents, and flour. Features include large hopper capacities, stainless steel or PTFE construction and easy operation and cleaning. Automatic vertical form, fill and seal machines (VFFS systems) offer complete automation, from forming a bag from the roll stock to filling the product from a dispenser to securing sealing the bag. These machines are highly reliable and can be used with powders, coffee, cereals, candies, and many other products. They can also be used with volumetric dispensers, auger fillers and weighers. There are models that are designed for non-free flowing dry powders, and the machines include hot stamping coders for identification.
Capping Machine
